Dealer Sets 71 CFO Appointments in One Day!

Is it impossible to get the attention of CFO’s? If you want to succeed at selling managed print and solutions, you need to master this skill. At a recent tele-prospecting day I hosted at Edwards/Virginia Business Systems, 10 sales representatives set 71 appointments with c-level decision makers.
The event was preceded by a direct mail drop to 1,200 CFO’s. Then, the reps were coached on how to talk to CFO’s and given a script. By 2:30 that afternoon, the team had set 71 new appointments.
“I was proud of our team’s effort,” said Rick Lingon, VP of Sales. “We are also excited about our partnership with HP as we expand our Managed Print Services business.”
