Is it possible to get copier sales reps to sell solutions? The fact is, if we don't mobilize our sales teams to sell solutions, they are going to continue to get caught on the downward spiral of commodity selling.
What's the trick? Make it simple. Send a non-technical sales rep to a non-technical buyer. Find a real business problem. See if the client wants the problem solved. Then, bring the technical people in to sell it.
