Kearns Business Solutions Launches Search Engine Optimization Initiative

Looking to boost placement in search engines, Kearns Business Solutions (www.kearnscorp.com) recently engaged Dealer Marketing Systems (www.dealermarketingsystems.com) to maintain a news page (news.kearnscorp.com).

The news page is updated at least three times a week with relevant opinion articles and press releases from their key vendors.  Content from their monthly newsletter (produced by Dealer Marketing Systems) is also added to the site.

Ken Stewart, Director of Technology for Kearns, tracks site traffic.  “We are excited about this new strategy.  We realize that search optimization is a long-term effort.  Publishing content every week is already helping our traffic and we expect to see this grow as we push out more content.

Stewart recognizes the importance of blogging.  In addition to the blog posts from Dealer Marketing Systems, he also adds his own content to the blog including company success stories and promotions.  This helps enhance the amount of unique content on the blog, increasing search engine page indexing.  Kearns has also engaged Dealer Marketing Systems to write unique press releases for the company that can also be posted to the blog.

Readers can subscribe to the blog to receive email updates when new content is added.  The headlines from the blog also roll across the company’s home page.
