“We wanted to make the website friendly, inviting and useful for our clients,” said Ken Stewart, Director of Technology. “The new platform we are using allows us to deliver content through many different mediums, taking advantage of technology to continually update news and events relevant to our clients.” A RSS feed aggregator highlights articles on the home page. Users can also subscribe for email updates on articles as they are added.

Prospective clients will find useful information to help guide their technology decisions. The site includes case studies to illustrate how other local companies are using document technologies and fleet management strategies to improve their business.

Current clients can use convenient forms the site to request service, order and track supplies, and seek remote assistance.

The site was refreshed by Dealer Marketing Systems, a professional services firm providing web design, hosting and maintenance services to document solutions resellers. The site is hosted on an open source content management platform, allowing for easy updating and news feed service.
