Stargel Office Solutions Launches New Website
[October 20, 2008 | Houston, TX] Stargel Office Solutions proudly announces the launch of their new website, www.stargel.com . The site prominently features the company’s recent award as the “Toshiba Dealer of the Year.”
“This past year we made many investments to enhance the portfolio of document solutions we can deliver to our clients,” said Jack Stargel, President. “This new site is a great way to get the message out to our clients.”
The company recently became an Authorized DocuWare Partner, certifying them to provide integrated document management solutions from a global leader in document management. New Managed Print Services programs provide supplies and on-site service for laser printers in a usage-based cost-per-page model.
T.J. DeBello, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is excited about the site. “The site complements our sales message and is now a big part of our selling process.”
Another goal of the site was to provide a streamlined way for clients to request service. The site integrates e-info, a module of the e-automate dealership management system from Digital Gateway. This interface allows clients to enter information directly into Stargel’s customer service system.
The company also implemented remote meter reading technology. This non-invasive software module monitors client’s printer and multifunction systems. It can also automatically send meter readings, reducing the hassle of having to manually gather these each month.
“We always want our clients to know that they can call us and we will answer the phone,” said Stargel. “However, we also want them to know that they have the convenience of automated meter readings and online service dispatch.”
The new website was completed by Dealer Marketing Systems, a firm focused on helping dealers succeed in print management and document solutions. “It is exciting to help our clients get the message out about their new solutions business,” said Darrell Amy, President. “We have enjoyed working with Stargel for the past five years."
